Instructor’s Rules:
At TXD Training, we care about students’ safety and overall experience. Therefore, we do not allow students to wear the following:
- Open-toed shoes or sandals.
- Low-cut shirts, blouse or any loose top that could allow ejected shell casing or hot brass to enter the gap between the skin and clothing, from the front or back of the neck.
- Long or loose hair needs to be tightened up so it will not impede vision or movement.
- Limit jewelry wear – no dangling earrings; studs ok. No loose bracelets. Limit rings to wedding bands only.
- Ball cap optional.
- If you bring your own eye protection, it has to be ballistically rated (at least a Z87 rating).
- If you bring hearing protection, it has to be electronic.
- Absolutely no horse playing at the range.
- Have an open mind, willing to learn and a positive attitude.
